2 Corinthians 4:8

we are hard pressed on every side,

  but not crushed.

perplexed ...

   but not in despair.

persecuted,

   but not abandoned!

struck down,

   but not destroyed

Here's to a new year 

    To rebuilding and strength.

    To trusting and standing firm.

    To growing more of the fruits of the spirit.

Forgetting the struggles of the year behind.

Prayerful to be blessed.
